Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Shipping rates and available delivery options are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. KIKILUNA BEAUTY is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. KIKILUNA BEAUTY is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages, but we will do our best to help you contact the carrier if an issue occurs.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue.
